The recently refurbished junior suite was fantastic. It felt luxurious with a high standard of finish. The hotel staff were tremendous (i really mean it), very helpful, and kind. Michelle, the front office manager, and john, the concierge, deserve special mention for exceeding customer service expectations. The location is very convenient.

mixed experience near the station
outside noise missing service
the hotel's location right next to the train station was convenient, it came with a downside. noise from outside was quite noticeable. on saturday night, loud music and general commotion continued until the early hours, disrupting sleep. plus, the room was not cleaned between nights, leaving wet towels and no coffee replenishment.

I'm thrilled about my room location! It was very central. The room was clean and spacious with good quality linen. The breakfast included plenty of fresh fruit. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast featured diverse options that tasted fresh. the staff was very helpful throughout my stay (i did require assistance once). i found the premier room gorgeous. It definitely had a homely feel.
the bar closed quite early on one of the nights i stayed. it was a little inconvenient as i wanted to relax there.

My room was spotlessly clean and spacious. The bed had lovely linen and was very comfy. I loved the excellent water pressure in the shower. Also the staff was courteous.
